The SDU sanitary unit consists of a galvanized steel structure painted in RAL 7016 anthracite grey.

The roof profile is made of galvanized steel painted in RAL 7016 anthracite grey, 1.5 mm thick – 154 mm high, with 4 sling points for crane movement.

The base profiles are made of galvanized steel painted in RAL 7016 anthracite grey, 2 mm thick – 160 mm high, with a bifurcation passage (90 cm center distance) for movement with a forklift equipped with 250 cm forks.

The roof consists of 30 mm thick rigid polyurethane foam sandwich panels, Euroclass Cs3d0. The covering is made of corrugated galvanized steel, with rainwater drainage on the sides.

The walls are made of rigid polyurethane foam sandwich panels, 40 mm thick (RAL 9002 light grey color), Euroclass Cs3d0.

The floor is made of wood-cement, 16 mm thick, covered with PVC flooring.

The sanitary facilities of the long-term care unit are equipped with a semi-glazed door measuring 84 x 220 cm (70 cm passage) with grilles and single molded glazing.

The toilet area is equipped with a solid interior door measuring 78x210 cm (64 cm opening) and a 58x58 cm skylight, with 4 mm thick single glazing.

The shower area is equipped with a full-height interior door of 78x190 cm (64 cm clear height) and a 58x58 cm skylight, with 4 mm thick single molded glazing.

Connectable sanitary equipment

The entrance area includes a 55 cm ceramic washbasin with hot/cold water tap and mirror, as well as a ceramic urinal with push-button and PVC screen.

The toilet area includes English-style ceramic toilets, equipped with a PVC tank and a toilet paper holder.

The shower area includes a 90 x 70 cm ceramic shower with shower head, mixer tap, soap dish, and PVC shower curtain.

Water inlet is on the wall (A) and drains are connected to 2 outlets on the wall (E).

220V electrical installation.

The SDU sanitary unit is equipped in the main room with a presence detector, an LED ceiling light, a 1000 watt convector, an electrical panel including differential switches and circuit breakers (maximum 6 KW) and an external connection box.

The toilet area includes a presence detector, a 7.5 watt LED ceiling light, and a 50 liter water heater.

There is no electrical installation in the shower area; light is provided by the space above the shower door and by the skylight.
