The modular PRM sanitary module allows accessible bathrooms to be created very quickly, at a very competitive price compared to traditional construction.

Our accessible sanitary block includes an accessible washbasin and toilet, with a tilt-and-turn window. It is equipped with a reinforced wood-cement floor.

Delivery time is a maximum of 8 weeks from the order date, as the product is manufactured to order.

This module can be modified and is also available in a two-toilet configuration (PRM Sanitary Module 2 WC) or with a toilet and shower (PRM Sanitary Module WC SHOWER).

Our standard range corresponds to our first level of finish: standard structure and standard insulation.

It is also possible, on request, to manufacture this module in our "Reinforcement" or "Isoplus" ranges. In this case, the thermal and acoustic insulation will be more efficient, but the delivery time will be longer.

Description of the new PRM sanitary module
    • Structure: Galvanized steel painted light grey RAL 9002.
    • Roof profile: Galvanized steel painted light grey RAL 9002, 1.5 mm thick – 154 mm high, with 4 lifting points for crane transport.
    • Base profile: Galvanized steel painted light grey RAL 9002, 1.5 mm thick – 80 mm high.
    • Roof: Sandwich panels made of rigid polyurethane foam, 30 mm thick, Euroclass Cs3d0, with galvanized corrugated sheet covering and lateral rainwater drainage.
    • Walls: Sandwich panels made of rigid polyurethane foam, 40 mm thick (light grey RAL 9002), Euroclass Cs3d0.
    • Floor: 16 mm thick wood-cement, covered with PVC.

Optionally, a PRM ramp and/or a PRM access platform can be added, both made of treated aluminium.

    • Door: 1 single-leaf door 104 x 220 cm (useful opening of 90 cm) with lock (without key), aluminium clinical handle and grab bar.
    • Window: 1 tilt-and-turn window 104 x 58 cm, with protective grilles and moulded single glazing.

    • WC: English style ceramic WC with equipment adapted for people with reduced mobility.
    • Washbasin: Ceramic washbasin 60 x 51 cm with cold water tap and medical lever flush.
